My pollen allergy is acting up and I'm still not feeling well, but the bunch of awards I received today from Manu of Manu's Menu is enough reason to do a Monday post and share this recipe with you. :) It's called Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce or simply, Giniling na Baboy in the Philippines.
This is one pork dish that you should try! So simple yet so delicious!
* I shared this on Melt in Your Mouth Monday, Mangia Mondays, Hearth and Soul Hop, Delectable Tuesday, Tempt My Tummy Tuesday, Tuesdays At The Table, Tasty Tuesdays and Made From Scratch Tuesday.
