Yesterday marks the first day of the 15-day celebration of Chinese New Year. Though my family and I don't celebrate it, I thought it would be nice to enjoy an Asian dinner instead of the usual pasta or pizza that we normally have on a Sunday night. We all enjoyed our dinner last night.
